The pieces of this charming nativity scene are all original horseshoe nail designs created by farrier William Kuegel and his wife Lynn. You can purchase all of the pieces at once, or you can build your scene piece by piece. Each piece is available in multiple finishes (matte sterling silver, matte bronze and polished bronze) which can be mixed and matched to create your own unique look.

Most pieces have an anchoring post which can be mounted on a wood base, or inserted into a cloth-covered foam base. This allows your scene to be arranged on a base of any size or shape. Each scene takes on the unique personality of the collector, and can be adapted to any style of home.

Shrub
These pictures show the mounting post on the base of the shrub. All the pieces except for the baby and the star have a mounting post to make them easier to arrange and display in a block of wood or styrofoam. The shrub on the left is bronze with a matte finish; the shrub on right is sterling silver with a matte finish. Shrubs and trees are not available in polished bronze.

Tree
The tree has a slightly different form than the shrub, and is taller. Shrubs are approximately 2 3/8" wide by 1 1/2" high (not including the mounting post), and trees are approximately 2 1/2" wide by 2 1/8" high. The tree on the left is bronze with a matte finish; the tree on right is sterling silver with a matte finish. Shrubs and trees are not available in polished bronze.
